We are looking for a senior designer to join our collaborative studio!

The right person will have:
- A strong background in both brand and web design work
- The ability to manage large projects with minimal oversight, generate fresh concepts, and lead a design review solo
- The ability to distill client needs into the production of high level deliverables that establish mood and look/feel, and produce design deliverables that fulfill clients’ needs under the oversight of Head of Design
- The ability to break down complicated concepts for clients and help guide the strategy
- A love for design and staying current with trends
- The ability to work on multiple projects from concept to completion and an awareness of the right time to check in and ask other designers for feedback
- Fluency with the Adobe suite and Sketch or Figma
- The want to work in a small and collaborative studio
