A brand and website refresh that brings clarity and confidence to dementia care

Isaac Health is a national virtual brain health clinic specializing in dementia, memory loss, and related cognitive conditions. The organization provides diagnosis, treatment planning, ongoing care management, and caregiver support for patients and families in all 50 states. Isaac Health also partners with health plans and health systems and participates in the CMS GUIDE Model, allowing Medicare beneficiaries to receive comprehensive dementia care and caregiver services.
As the company grew nationally, its founders recognized that the brand and website no longer reflected the sophistication of the clinical model or the scale of the work. Studio Simpatico partnered closely with co-founders Julius Bruch and Dr. Joel Salinas, along with Director of Marketing Karissa Dong, to evolve the brand and build a content-driven WordPress site that supports patients, caregivers, and institutional partners with clarity and trust.

Discovery was grounded in conversations with Isaac Health’s leadership and a close reading of transcripts from patient, caregiver, and partner interactions. We learned that many visitors arrive at the site during moments of uncertainty, often after being told that memory changes are normal or that little can be done. Others arrive with a diagnosis in hand and are searching for specialist care that does not involve long wait times or geographic barriers. At the same time, payers, providers, and health systems come to the site evaluating clinical rigor, outcomes, and scalability.
These insights shaped the information architecture and content strategy. Rather than organizing the site around abstract service categories, we structured content around how Isaac Health actually delivers care, from screening and diagnosis through treatment and long-term care management. Language across the site mirrors how Isaac Health describes itself publicly, using terms like specialist-led dementia care, care navigation, virtual evaluation, and GUIDE Model participation so that users encounter consistent messaging at every touchpoint.
The new visual identity introduces a completely new logo and brand system. The logo is an abstract, neuron-inspired glyph that subtly evokes the structure of a brain without depicting one literally. Its form suggests neural connections and cognitive pathways, while its balanced geometry conveys stability and clinical rigor. There is also a quiet resemblance to a snowflake, reflecting a core belief shared throughout the process: no two brains are the same, and each patient and caregiver journey is distinct. The surrounding shield reinforces trust and protection, underscoring Isaac Health’s role as a steady, expert presence during vulnerable moments.
Color decisions intentionally preserved equity in Isaac Health’s existing teal, which already carried recognition and trust with patients and partners. That core color was expanded into a richer, more nuanced palette with greater depth and contrast, helping the brand feel more mature, confident, and established. Typography and layout choices reinforce clarity and calm, prioritizing legibility and restraint while supporting a more sophisticated expression of the brand.
Together, the new identity communicates brain health without cliché, balances individuality with structure, and supports Isaac Health’s evolution into a national leader in virtual dementia care.

The new site brings together content that was previously scattered or unclear. Each major cognitive condition now has a dedicated page with plain-language explanations of what it is, how Isaac Health evaluates it, and how care is managed over time. These include Memory Loss, Brain Fog, Behavioral Changes, Alzheimer’s disease, Vascular dementia, Frontotemporal degeneration, Lewy body dementia, Aphasia, and Mild cognitive impairment.
An Our Approach page explains how screening, diagnosis, treatment, and care management work together within Isaac Health’s model. The GUIDE Model page clearly outlines what services are covered under Medicare and how caregiver support, respite resources, and care navigation fit into that program. A dedicated caregiver section speaks directly to families navigating stress and uncertainty, reinforcing that caregiver support is central to Isaac Health’s care philosophy. Clinician profile pages establish credibility through credentials and experience, while institutional pages for payers, providers, and health systems explain partnership models and outcomes.
This content strategy supports marketing goals by aligning directly with how people search for and evaluate dementia care. Condition-specific pages improve discoverability. Program pages reduce friction by explaining coverage and process. Caregiver content increases engagement from the people most often driving care decisions.

Studio Simpatico designed and built a fully custom WordPress theme using a modular system that allows Isaac Health’s internal team to expand and maintain the site over time. Reusable components support condition education, care pathway explanations, clinician highlights, FAQs, and consultation booking flows. Accessibility and performance were prioritized throughout, with layouts designed for readability and ease of use.
The result is a platform that supports both immediate patient needs and long-term growth. Internally, the marketing team can move faster without design erosion. Externally, the site presents a clear, credible picture of Isaac Health’s care model to patients, caregivers, and partners alike.

Working closely with Julius Bruch, Dr. Joel Salinas, and Karissa Dong, Studio Simpatico delivered a brand and website that reflect Isaac Health’s clinical depth and human focus. The refreshed experience helps people understand what Isaac Health does, why it matters, and how to take the next step.
