Sailthru is a cross-platform marketing company with an international client base. Based in New York City, the company’s Smart Data solution makes automated decisions based on user activity across clients’ websites, email, and mobile applications.
We were hired to conduct a study to help product and engineering prioritize usability fixes for the campaign workflow. We conducted 8 one-hour interview sessions with users. After obtaining some general background information, we asked users to walk through tasks that they perform on a regular basis related to the campaign workflow setup. We also asked them if they wished to share with us information about any other pain points in the interface. Our final deliverable was a report outlining the findings of the study and recommendations for product improvements.
